  FIRE COMMISSIONERS
  MONTHLY MEETING
  DECEMBER 11, 2012
  Called to order 6:00 P.M.

  Comments by Public – Fred Brown spoke.

  Motion by Commissioner Sweeney to approve minutes of previous meeting, seconded by Commissioner Carew. Unanimous.

  Fire Marshal’s Report – motion by Commissioner Callahan to approve, seconded by Commissioner Carew. Unanimous

  Deputy Chief’s Report – motion by Commissioner Callahan to approve, seconded by Commissioner Carew. Unanimous.

  Chief’s Report –motion by Commissioner Sweeney to accept, seconded by Commissioners Callahan. Unanimous.

  Commissioners Report – a schedule of regular meetings of the Board of Fire Commissioners for the calendar year of 2013 is the following:
  Feb.12, 2013 Aug.13, 2013 Jan. 14,2014
  Mar. 12, 2013 Sept.10, 2013
  Apr. 9, 2013 Oct.8, 2013
  May 14, 2013 Nov.12, 2013
  June 11,2013 Dec.10, 2013
  All meetings are scheduled at 6:00 P.M.
  Additional dates are May 7, 2013 District Meeting
  May 18, 2013 Commissioners Election
  New Business – Deputy Chief raise, motion by Commissioner Sweeney to give Deputy Chief Schwartz the raise that he was supposed to receive. It was a clerical error, seconded by Commissioner Carew. Unanimous.

  Motion by Commissioner Sweeney to go into Executive Session at 6:20 P.M., seconded by Commissioner Carew. Unanimous.
  Return to regular session at 7:30 P.M.

  Motion by Commissioner Callahan to adjourn at 7:30 P.M., seconded by Commissioner Carew. Unanimous.
